Tailor H develops and markets online assessment services for high-performance sports professionals under the Sport Profileo brand.
As part of the provision of its services and/or the use of its tools, Tailor H, whose registered office is located at 9 b rue Lazare Carnot, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, acts as the data controller for the personal data collected through the app.sportprofileo.com platform, the website www.sportprofileo.com, and the online training platform www.online-courses.sportprofileo.com.
The purpose of this policy is to provide you with information about:

1. Users of Sport Profileo tools
Users fall into two categories:
– Individuals (mental performance consultants, coaches, consultants, sport psychologists) who use the online assessment services marketed under the Sport Profileo brand (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”).
– Individuals (athletes, coaches, managers of sports organisations, and other stakeholders in the sports sector) who complete questionnaires on the platform (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”).
2. Purpose of data processing
The purposes of processing Clients’ personal data are:
– Use of questionnaires.
– Customer support, relationship management, and billing,
– Browsing the website www.sportprofileo.com
– Use of the www.app.sportprofileo.com platform,
– Browsing and use of the www.online-courses.sportprofileo.com platform,
The purposes of processing Respondents’ personal data are:
– Browsing the website www.sportprofileo.com,
– Use of the www.app.sportprofileo.com platform,
– Completion and use of questionnaires,
– Use of the www.app.sportprofileo.com platform,
– Assessment of athletes’ and coaches’ behavioral and psychological dimensions, as part of recruitment, training, coaching or career transition processes, as well as for conducting research in the field of sport psychology.
3. Data collected
The data collected fall into two categories: identification data and assessment data.
Identification data :
– For Clients, the following data are collected: IP address, last name, first name, email address, telephone number, profession, name of their organisation, and the organisation’s postal address.
– For Respondents, the following data are collected: IP address, gender, last name, first name, email address, telephone number, age, and other biographical data.
Assessment data :
These data relate to the behavioral and/or psychological characteristics of Respondents and are generated from the answers provided by Respondents to the questionnaires available on the platform.
Personal data are also collected through cookies, exclusively for the purpose of measuring website traffic and audience analytics.
At the time data are collected, Users are informed whether the requested data are mandatory or optional. Data identified by an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If such data are not provided, access to Tailor H’s services may be restricted.
Personal data collection forms are limited to information that is strictly necessary for the provision of Tailor H’s services.
4. Third-Party contact details
Users (Clients and/or Respondents) may be required to enter the contact details of Respondents on the www.app.sportprofileo.com platform, including their first name, last name, email address, and preferred language. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the Users who provide these contact details to ensure that the individuals concerned have given their prior consent before any identification data relating to them are entered on the platform. Users must be able to
provide proof of such consent to Tailor H upon request.
5. Recipients of personal data
Personal data collected by Tailor H are never sold or rented to third parties.
Tailor H may share certain Users’ personal data with carefully selected and identified third-party service providers who may access, host, and/or process personal data on behalf of Tailor H and strictly in accordance with its instructions.

7. Data retention period
The personal data of Respondents are retained for a period of 24 months, after which the data are anonymized.
The personal data of Clients are retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with Tailor H and thereafter for a period that does not exceed what is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and processed. This retention period allows Tailor H to respond to requests, inquiries, or claims relating to the services provided and to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.
8. Data protection conditions and security measures
In accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations, Tailor H implements the organizational and technical measures necessary to protect Users’ personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access by unauthorized third parties.
9. Transfers outside the European Union
