1. Scope of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sport Profileo platform (app.sportprofileo.com) and its athlete and coach assessment solutions (PCQ, PCQ 360, PAQ and PAQ 180).
Use of the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The purpose of the platform is to enable the implementation of solutions for assessing the mental and behavioural competencies of athletes and coaches in high-performance sport and talent development contexts.
In particular, the platform enables information relating to the mental and behavioral competencies of athletes and coaches to be collected through questionnaires completed by athletes, coaches and members of their sporting environment. Based on the responses to these questionnaires, the platform generates assessment reports, which are made available to users.
The assessment solutions available through the platform are intended to support athletes and coaches in developing their competencies and managing their career development. Subject to certain conditions, of which those commissioning the assessments have been informed, these solutions may also be used by sports organisations to inform recruitment or career management decisions concerning athletes or coaches.
The platform is a technical tool for collecting and reporting information. Content entered on the platform is provided under the sole responsibility of its authors.
The platform is not intended to receive or process reports of criminal offences or situations involving danger to individuals.
3. Nature of participation
The platform enables users to complete assessment questionnaires about themselves and about members of their sporting environment (athletes and coaches).
Participation in these assessments is free and voluntary. Users may:
– Decline to participate in an assessment;
– Stop completing a questionnaire at any time, without having to provide a reason and without any adverse consequences.
4. User Obligations
4.1 – General Obligations
Users agree to:
– Answer questions honestly;
– Refrain from entering any discriminatory, insulting, violent, defamatory or unlawful content on the platform;
– Refrain from using the platform for purposes other than those for which it is intended;
– Refrain from attempting to access information they are not authorised to access;
– Refrain from sharing platform access links with third parties.
4.2 – Involvement of Members of the User’s sporting environment in their assessment
If users wish to involve members of their sporting environment in the assessment of their competencies, they agree to ensure that those individuals participate freely and voluntarily in the assessment process.
Where a member of the user’s sporting environment is a minor, the user agrees to inform the minor’s legal representative(s) in advance of the request for the minor to participate in the user’s assessment and to obtain their consent.
4.3 – Intellectual Property
It is strictly prohibited to:
– Copy, reproduce or modify the content of the assessment solutions, assessment reports or any other content available on the platform;
– Develop or market assessment solutions based on the assessment solutions available through the platform.
5. Use of Questionnaire Responses
Responses to questionnaires contribute to the production of assessment reports.
Assessment reports are provided by Tailor H to the individual or organisation commissioning the assessment. Those commissioning assessments have received specific training from Tailor H in the interpretation and use of assessment reports. Tailor H is not responsible for how assessment reports are used by those commissioning the assessment.
6. Anonymity of Questionnaire Responses
When users complete a questionnaire about themselves, their responses are not anonymised in the assessment reports.
When users complete a questionnaire about someone in their sporting environment, whether or not their responses are anonymous depends on their role in relation to the person they are assessing. Users are informed at the beginning of the questionnaire whether or not their responses will be anonymous.
Where responses are anonymised, anonymity may nevertheless be lifted in specific circumstances provided for by law, including:
– A serious and imminent risk to the user or another person;
– Suspected abuse or mistreatment of a vulnerable person;
– A court order.
7. Personal Data Protection
Personal data entered by users on the platform will be processed by Tailor H, the company that markets the Sport Profileo solutions, in accordance with the GDPR and Tailor H’s Personal Data Policy, available on the Sport Profileo website.
Tailor H ensures that users can exercise their rights in relation to their personal data, including their rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, data portability and objection. Users may exercise these rights by contacting: data@sportprofileo.com.
Tailor H undertakes to implement all necessary technical and organisational measures to protect users’ personal data.
8. User Account
Users are responsible for all actions carried out through their account.
Tailor H may suspend or terminate an account in the event of:
– A breach of these Terms of Use;
– Fraudulent, abusive or unethical use of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tailor H implements all necessary measures to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, Tailor H shall not be held liable for:
– Inappropriate use of the assessment solutions by the user;
– Improper or incorrect interpretation of assessment results;
– Indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.

Technical and functional support regarding the use of the platform and assessment solutions is available at: support@sportprofileo.com.
11. Admendments to the Terms of Use
Tailor H may amend these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of any material changes and may be required to accept the updated version.
12. Governing Law and Language
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
These Terms of Use may be made available in languages other than French for users’ convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or difference of interpretation between the French version and any translated version, the French version shall prevail.
