Sport Profileo has developed its solutions to ensure maximum protection of the personal data of athletes and coaches.
The RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation), which entered into application on 25 May 2018, imposes new obligations on organisations processing personal data.
This is why the app.sportprofileo.com technology platform, which allows consultants, coaches and mental trainers to administer questionnaires to top-level athletes and trainers, has been designed in such a way as to best guarantee the rights of the platform's users.
People's right to information is respected: before using the platform, users are informed of the purpose of the proposed solutions, the identity of the recipients of the information they will be sharing, and how long Sport Profileo will keep the data. An anonymisation function exists on the platform, which allows Sport Profileo to anonymise personal data once the maximum retention period has been exceeded (2 years for psychometric data).
The rights of access, rectification, opposition and deletion are also guaranteed. The user can thus use the address donnees@sportprofileo.com to assert his rights.
The platform has also been designed to offer maximum security to its users, including :
+ Protection of user accounts with a database-encrypted password.
+ Installation of an SSL certificate to ensure encrypted data transmission between the host's servers and users' browsers.
+ Hosting of the platform in France by the hosting company Scalingo. An agreement was also signed between Sport Profileo and Scalingo to guarantee an adequate level of organisational and technical security for the protection of all users' data.
