The coaches of the Academy and the Training Center of Stade Rochelais benefit from Sport Profileo's support in 2023.
What's at stake for each beneficiary?
Get to know yourself better and develop your leadership skills, to progress in your role as a trainer.
The first three steps of this support:
1- Each trainer makes a 360°, using our solution PCQ 360. An innovative approach in high-level sport! This allowed each coach to receive precise feedback on his or her leadership skills, to become aware of his or her strengths and areas for improvement.
2- Training session to help beneficiaries better reconcile their different roles with youth: educator, trainer, coach.
3- Training session to help them set goals with the players and evaluate them. On this occasion, the participants were also trained to conduct interviews.
