PCQ and PCQ 360 training on 6 October 2020

OBJECTIVE

Use innovative solutions to evaluate coaches and develop their leadership skills. 

• The PCQ is a self-assessment solution for leadership skills for high performance coaches. The PCQ is used in the recruitment, training, and coaching of coaches.
• The PCQ360 is a solution for evaluating the leadership skills of coaches by those around them (athletes, managers, other coaches and staff members). The PCQ 360 is used in the training and coaching of coaches.
