Olivier is the founder of Sport Profileo. Passionate about sports and psychometrics, he develops mental and behavioral assessment solutions for high-level players (athletes, coaches, sports managers). Olivier also works as a consultant and trainer for sports organizations: federations, leagues, professional clubs. In parallel to his activity in sports, he advises companies in the management of their human resources. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Sports Psychology (Uned, Madrid), a DU in Mental Preparation and Coaching (University of Burgundy) as well as from the HEC school. He is also accredited as a speaker in mental preparation by the French Society of Sports Psychology.
